Our one-to-one individual or Transitional support counseling services and referrals to appropriate community resources are offered free of charge.
Women interested in accessing our counseling services are encouraged to call our Centre. In your first counselling appointment, we will take a brief history, explain the kind of services we have available, determine the extent of your needs, assess the type of service best suited to meet your needs, help create a personal goal plan of action or recommend a more appropriate community resource.
