If you are interested in a program or seminar and you wish to be placed on our pre-enrollment list for a program(s) and/or seminar(s), please answer the questions provided in this form.

One-on-One Counselling

You can not register for any form of counselling online. To access counselling at the Women’s Centre, please call 905-853-9270 extension 105 to speak with the intake counsellor for a phone assessment.
