Making Changes is a self-discovery group program designed to enhance mental well-being and foster meaningful lasting change in your life.
Through the program you will:
Find your voice and inner strength.
Gain awareness of behaviours, patterns and emotions.
Identify and practice ways to change thought-action patterns.
Improve relationships with self and others.
Increase resilience in challenging times.
About The Program
Making Changes runs three 8-session modules (once per week).
Topic Modules: Self-Empowerment, Communication & Connection and Reaction to Response.
Women can start with any of the three modules.
Sessions are 2-1/2 hours.
This program is offered free-of-charge.
