ABOUT #HELPKEEPHERSAFE

This year-round fundraising campaign launched in 2020 in response to a dramatic surge in intimate partner violence. Since then, rates have continued to rise steadily over the past five years. Your donation remains critical to meet the ongoing needs of women in York Region experiencing violence, abuse, or living in poverty. We recognize that the meaning of ‘safe’ and ‘help’ are not the same for every woman and that every woman has different needs to keep themselves and their families safe. WCYR supports women and their families with employment, mental health, housing, and the necessities of life.

FUNDRAISE FOR WCYR

From golf tournaments and workplace events, to bake sales and walk-a-thons, every dollar raised helps support women and families in York Region.
