Making Changes for Men is a self-discovery group program designed to enhance mental well-being and foster meaningful lasting change in a man’s life. This program is a partnership between Women’s Centre of York Region and the Canadian Centre for Men and Families.
Through the program men will:
Find their voice and inner strength.
Gain awareness of behaviours, patterns and emotions.
Identify and practice ways to change thought-action patterns.
Improve relationships with self and others.
Increase resilience in challenging times.
About the program:
6-sessions, online and weekly.
This program is offered free of charge.
Once the 6 sessions are complete, we will incorporate feedback from participants when determining future Making Changes for Men session content and delivery.
