Making Changes for Men is a self-discovery group program designed to enhance mental well-being and foster meaningful lasting change in a man’s life. This program is a partnership between Women’s Centre of York Region and the Canadian Centre for Men and Families.


Through the program men will:

  • Find their voice and inner strength.

  • Gain awareness of behaviours, patterns and emotions.

  • Identify and practice ways to change thought-action patterns.

  • Improve relationships with self and others.

  • Increase resilience in challenging times.

About the program:

  • 6-sessions, online and weekly.

  • This program is offered free of charge.
