The Making Changes for Youth Program is a self-discovery group program designed to empower and support young women in navigating life’s challenges, with a particular emphasis on understanding their identity and beliefs. It aims to equip them with the tools to make informed, positive decisions, fostering self-awareness, confidence, and resilience.


Participants in the program will be able to:

  • Get to know themselves, what they care about and what kind of person they want to become.

  • Embrace change and turn it into their greatest source of strength.

  •  Develop the flexibility and resilience to persist in their journey when it is bringing them value, and the courage to change direction when what they are doing is no longer serving them.

  •  Improve and nurture healthy relationships.


About the Program:

  •  Making Changes for Youth runs 4 weekly sessions each lasting 1.5 hours. Participants can join any session.

  • The program is offered free-of-charge.

 

Program Outline:

This program is full of fun and empowering activities, including crafts, art, dancing, movies, games, contests, and raffles, all while diving into exciting and meaningful topics that will inspire you, help you grow, and help you to make lasting memories with friends!

Session 3 – Speaking Up or Bullying

Session 4 – My Power Back or Academic Pressure
